Operation Manager

We are looking for a driven, forward-thinking Operation Manager with proven experience to join our industry. This individual will be responsible for the planning, managing, and execution of all operational work. You should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities & Required Experience,

1. Leading, designing, managing, and implementing activities related to plants which will mainly involve waste decomposing with earth warm/ Insects.
2. Create and manage annual operational activities of the Plant. This includes, but is not limited to, demand forecasting, cost management, and purchasing. Decisions and plans should be determined based on plant data analysis, budget, and overall business needs.
3. Co-ordination with the research team, in the development of innovative products according to the product development strategy.
4. Manpower arrangement /utilization /productivity analysis
5. Set & Achieve key indicator goals for the plant
6. Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the Plant
7. Identification of plant improvement projects & Execution
8. Increase production & assets capacity
