We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our High performing Sales Team. the goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Sales Executive is to build a strong relationship with our key customers, The person in this role will manage key accounts, maintain a long-term relationship with the customers and maximize sales opportunities.


Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients. Visit potential customers for new business development. Responsible for generating business from current customers including but not limited to Doctors, Nursing Homes, and Hospitals by visits, conducting activities, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan and work as per the sales strategy and achieve targets as given by the Manager.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • To profile the customer and understand customer requirements to address their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
  • Work with the marketing and operations team to maintain a customer-oriented service delivery with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Record sales and other information and report the same to the Manager. Prepare monthly reports on the performance, draw variances comparing the targets and real sales, and present them to the Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and key account management in Healthcare.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients and can handle multiple accounts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
