We are looking for Marketing Head to lead, develop and manage the marketing and branding strategies for the organization. The responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  1. Lead, develop, and implement strategies and goals based on market research, trends, dynamics, and customer needs to create awareness about the activity. Lead, develop, and manage a complete Online/ Offline Marketing plan to build brand awareness, and generate revenue for the organization.
  1. Formulating, directing, and deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution. Develop and execute marketing activities focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and driving awareness and brand equity that build a loyal customer base.
  1. Responsible for making continuous improvements in existing systems, resources, and efficiencies of the Department to increase business and branding of the organization.
  1. Forecast annual revenue plan, assign targets to teams, and through them develop and well laid out an action plan to meet the forecast.
  1. Develop organic/ inorganic growth strategies, referral and affiliate programs, online display, advertising, and campaigns to optimize sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

Customer Retention – Acquisition and Promotional Activities:

  1. Lead, manage, and drive key promotional activities/ campaigns to enable the achievement of business objectives.
  1. Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image and branding for all products/branches and locations.
  1. Supervises the operational activities to promote continuous quality improvement, customer service, and satisfaction. Develop and lead key activities to develop and maintain customer connections for the business.

Content Marketing:

  1. Lead and develop a content strategy that supports marketing initiatives. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for user experience. Developing standards and systems for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing, with the implementation of content strategies

2. Manage and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, and other marketing-related projects. Evaluate and manage the corporate content to optimize online marketing effectiveness. Manage all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agencies.

CRM:

  1. Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new CRM and integration with the internal IT function, third-party, and email service providers. Optimize marketing activities through complete automation via CRM. Develop and manage website & mobile applications with better UI, features.

Data Analytics:

  1. Evaluating marketing performance through various analytics. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIs, KPIs)

Budget and Vendor Management:

  1. Works within departmental budget to develop & execute cost-effective marketing plans.
  2. Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
  1. Meets with key vendors, maintains relationships, and negotiates and closes deals.
  2. Ensure to track, measure, report, and evaluate vendor performance.

 

People Management:

  1. Establish and maintain standards of performance and ensure competency checks at each role in the department. Train and develop team members with regard to domain expertise for taking up future responsibilities in the division.
  1. Consistent review, training, and performance management of team members.
  2. Ensure HR compliance and working as per the HR policy of the organization
  3. Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating employees to achieve department goals.

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  3. Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, Experience in setting up and optimizing digital marketing, and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
  4. Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
  5. Preference for the healthcare industry-relevant business development, sales, or marketing experience.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
