Assistant Manager CRM

We are looking for Assistant Manager CRM  to coordinate with our management and support to upscale our business. Assistant Manager CRM  will work closely with our senior team and regional managers to Build and lead a highly engaged team to upsell and cross-sell category sales through Telesales Channel Revenue growth – Drive the team to achieve revenue targets through outbound calling Team Management.

 Responsibilities 

• Enable the team to meet & exceed targets.
• Identify and drive critical Performance and critical To Quality parameters.
• Identify performance gaps and work jointly with Quality & Training to improve performance.
• Hire the right candidates, develop, motivate, retain and Coach the team through reviews, measure Call quality, improvise sales pitches, identify service gaps and share feedback to improve product Process improvement Identify gaps/ possible improvements in processes & recommend solutions to address the same MIS & Reporting.
• % Revenue target achievement or as defined on processes aligned to the team.
• Will ensure and monitor daily product-wise, agent-wise, lead flow, data churning and conversion.
• Data extraction from various sources and analysis in congruence with the business requirements, Tracking all important matrix of business on a regular basis Initiate requests and coordinate with IT team for any new requirement related to system enhancement Need to have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Understanding of calling CRM, and knowledge of CRM software is added advantage.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
