HR Manager (Banking)

We are looking for an HR manager (Banking) to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. HR manager (Banking) responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring attraction, sourcing, selection and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions.

Responsibilities 

  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the applications at hr.unicas@gmail.com, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics
  • Work with the team to understand immediate and future requirements in different departments and do the groundwork so talent is available when needed
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess the validated ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct emailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
  • Experience in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow-up with the candidates
  • Work with the current employees to ensure employee satisfaction, assist in employee career planning and progression
  • Manage rules for work code of conduct and labour and employment laws compliance
  • Review employee performance and assist with performance appraisals, ensuring employees are aware of their work expectations and are utilizing their employee benefits
  • Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve
  • Manage Reporting and Analytics for all recruitment activities

Requirements: 

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in human resources or related field
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
